Every action runs through your own API with scoped, encrypted credentials — the Action Executor calls out only after the Policy Engine clears the request, and the AI model itself never touches your API directly.

Credentials are encrypted at rest and isolated per tenant, so nothing leaks across customers.

Every teammate gets a role — Owner, Editor, or Viewer.

The Policy Engine ties that role to what the AI is allowed to propose — e.g. an Editor can have the AI provision read-only access for a new hire, but granting admin access still routes to the Owner for approval.

Invite your team, assign roles, and the AI can only ever propose what that role allows.

Policies are rules, not vibes.

Set limits by action type, amount, or role, and the engine checks every request against them before anything runs — e.g. a routine subscription downgrade executes automatically, while cancelling a high-value plan pauses for a teammate to approve or reject.

Nothing runs on a policy the engine hasn't checked first.

Every action leaves a paper trail.

Proposal, approval, and execution are all written to the audit log — who asked, who approved, what ran, and when — whether a human signed off or the policy auto-approved it.

Refunds, access changes, subscription updates: if it ran, it's traceable back to the request that triggered it.
